SHIPPING POLICY

At Jolie Matinée, every order is packed with care from our European fulfillment partner. We ship across the European Union with love — and a little patience.

DELIVERY TIMES

We currently ship to all EU countries. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from dispatch.

Why the wait? Because we're a small, independent brand — not a warehouse giant. Each piece travels thoughtfully from our partner facility to your doorstep. We believe good mornings are worth the short wait.

SHIPPING COST

Free shipping on all orders across the European Union. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your parcel every step of the way.

DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS

Occasionally, delays happen — customs checks, weather, postal holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days, please contact us at joliematinee.shop@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
